AKA @london_fitness_guy James has over 6 years experience in group exercise and is no stranger to making you work hard. If you are just starting out, or more experienced, James will modify the workouts to ensure they are personal to you. His workouts are fun, energetic and focused on getting you results!
HANNAH RUSHFORTH
Hannah left the corporate world to fulfil her calling of delivering yoga to the world. She will show you the powerful connection you can experience through movement and leave you feeling ready to take on any challenge! Hannah delivers yoga from London’s most established studios and now you can experience it from home!
